Responsibilities

1. Analyze and troubleshoot defects in electronic products, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.

2. Apply fundamental electronic hardware knowledge to support product quality improvement and failure analysis.

3. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers regarding defective products, ensuring effective quality control and continuous reduction of defect rates.

4. Monitor and support production line quality performance, ensuring product quality standards are consistently met.

5. Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

2. Experience in electronic hardware development, product failure analysis, or electronic manufacturing quality control is preferred.

3. Familiar with the Seven Basic Quality Control Tools (QC 7 Tools).

4. Proficient in computer operations and common office software.

5. Skilled in using electronic testing and repair tools such as soldering irons, multimeters, and related equipment.

6. Strong communication, analytical, and logical thinking skills.

7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
