Key Responsibilities

1. Production Delivery: Arrange and execute production schedules to ensure all products meet quality and quantity standards for successful warehousing on time.

2. E-Control Troubleshooting: Handle process anomalies in the electronic control assembly lines and formulate effective subsequent improvement measures.

3. 6S Management: Maintain 6S workplace organization standards, driving continuous promotion, training, and onsite improvements.

4. Comprehensive Shop-floor Operations: Under the direction of the Production Department, take full responsibility for the workshop's production, quality, technology, equipment, and safety to optimize management levels and manufacturing efficiency.

5. Schedule Coordination: Organize workshop production based on master schedules, coordinate workflows across distinct stations, monitor progress, and ensure balanced, smooth production output.

6. Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety and civilized production regulations; educate and supervise operators to comply with labor discipline, technological protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOP) according to design blueprints.

Job Requirements

1. Work Experience: 3+ years of proven supervisory or management experience specifically within electronic control manufacturing or similar electronic assembly environments.

2. Technical Knowledge: Deeply familiar with manufacturing processes, craftsmanship, and equipment operations, with a strong focus on electronic control (E-Control) processing and assembly.

3. Core Competencies: Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and demonstrating strong accountability and ownership under high-pressure manufacturing environments.
