Quality Control & Supplier Management: Lead the implementation of product quality improvements, supplier quality management (SQM), and end-to-end quality process control across all production stages.

Ad-hoc Tasks: Execute any other duties and assignments designated by senior leadership.
Industry Experience: 5 to 10+ years of hands-on quality management experience within the sheet metal or adjustable/electric standing desk industries.
Technical Skills & Systems: Proficient in engineering and office software (CAD, Excel, PPT, Word) with a deep, practical understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Core Competencies: Proven track record in overall team coordination, highly data-driven mindset, and strong execution capabilities to ensure operational results are fully delivered.
