Responsibilities

1. Participate in product feasibility studies and support system solution design during project initiation.

2. Develop structural design proposals and project plans.

3. Be responsible for detailed structural design of complete products and related components.

4. Support prototype development, testing, and validation, and prepare relevant technical documentation.

5. Provide technical support for structural design issues and drive continuous product improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or structural design. Experience in small appliance product development is preferred. Candidates with experience in motors, gears, worm gears, lead screws, transmission systems, or related electromechanical industries are highly valued. Experience with height-adjustable desks, electric beds, electric sofas, or similar lifting systems is a strong advantage.

2. Familiar with the manufacturing processes of metal parts, sheet metal components, and plastic products. Proficient in CAD and 3D design software such as CATIA, UG (NX), SolidWorks, or Pro/ENGINEER.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage and complete product development projects.
