Responsibilities

1. Design and optimize 24V brushed DC motors, including electromagnetic design, brush and commutator matching, and performance enhancement.

2. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to motor vibration, noise, and operational performance to ensure product reliability and stable mass production.

3. Collaborate with suppliers on component evaluation, technical reviews, and manufacturing support.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Motor Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the development, application, or optimization of 24V brushed DC motors.

3. Strong understanding of brushed motor operating principles, with the ability to independently perform motor design, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

4. Familiar with motor manufacturing processes, testing methodologies, and basic motor design and simulation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in automotive electronics, intelligent furniture, industrial automation, or related industries.

2. Experience in supplier technical management, component qualification, and cost optimization projects.
