International Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and submit relevant documents and workflows through ERP, Enterprise WeChat, OA, and other internal systems.

  2. Proactively develop new customers and sales opportunities through market research, online channels, trade shows, and other business development activities.

  3. Analyze customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver appropriate product and project solutions.

  4. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to support project execution and customer satisfaction.

  5. Handle initial customer complaints and provide necessary data, descriptions, photos, or videos for quality issue investigations.

  6. Monitor market trends and customer feedback, collect valuable market intelligence, and report findings to department management in a timely manner.

  7. Support departmental performance and target management by providing business data, improvement proposals, and development recommendations.

Requirements

  1. Experience in international trade operations and a solid understanding of the complete export process is preferred.

  2. CET-6 or above, with strong English communication skills in both written and spoken business environments.

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.

  4. Strong communication, adaptability, planning, and organizational skills.

  5. Prior experience in international sales, business development, or customer relationship management is preferred.
