Measure the diagonal lengths of the crossbeam with a tape measure
Adjust both diagonals to equal length; the holes will align correctly
a.Check Installation:
① Ensure the control box and hand controller are securely fixed to the desk board.
(A tilted control box can cause repeated E05 errors during movement)
Dual-Motor Desks
Q1: Desk wobbling after installation
A1: Check key installation points:
① Ensure screws between the motor box and crossbeam are tightened
② Ensure screws between the crossbeam center and the moving rod are tightened
2. Single-Motor Desks
Q2: Uneven leg height after reset
Case 1: Secondary leg higher than main leg during assembly
Remove secondary leg
Manually push to lowest mechanical limit
Reinstall the rod
Case 2: Main leg pre-raised
Fully remove the rod
Lower main leg to the minimum, then reinstall
Q3: Transmission rod noise
Usually caused by friction between the rod and motor box, Pull the rod slightly outward to reduce noise
